Billing FAQ

What happens after the 7-day free trial?
Billing continues automatically at the plan you picked, charged through Shopify's own subscription billing — it appears on your regular Shopify invoice. You can cancel or switch plans anytime before the trial ends and you won't be charged.
Do all plans really include every feature?
Yes. The COD fee, block rules, RTO analytics, and the COD badge are available on every plan — there's no feature gating. The tiers exist so you can pick the price point that matches your store's scale.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, upgrade or downgrade at any time from inside the app. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes — each plan has a yearly price that works out cheaper than paying monthly. Pick monthly or yearly right from the plan selector in the app.
Do development and Partner stores get charged?
No. Development and Partner-sandbox stores are always free, so you (or an app reviewer) can test every feature without a real charge.
